Avendo un vecchio televisore, decido di utilizzare anche il bonus TV rottamazione.
Così, porto il vecchio televisore in negozio, scelgo il televisore nuovo, fra l’altro il commesso è stato molto gentile e avrei dato 5 stelle, se non chè, dopo aver svolto tutta la procedura per la rottamazione, al momento di pagare mi viene detto che lo sconto compleanno non lo possono applicare perché ho già usufruito di uno sconto.
Faccio presente al ragazzo piccolino dietro la cassa che quello è un incentivo statale e che esula dalle promozioni e iniziative di Unieuro, faccio presente anche che non c’è scritto da nessuna parte che non posso utilizzare il coupon se usufruisco del bonus rottamazione.
Al che il ragazzo cambia versione e dice che si, avrei potuto usufruire, ma avrei dovuto dirlo prima, ormai i documenti sono già stati trasmessi all’Ufficio delle Entrate.
Ma cosa c’entra l’invio all’Ufficio delle Entrate? Quello è il bonus rottamazione, e segue una sua strada e attinge a un fondo messo a disposizione dello stato.
Il coupon del 5% è una iniziativa di Unieuro.
Purtroppo non sono stato pronto a mollare li tutto e andarmene, col senno del poi avrei dovuto farlo.
Anche perché, tornando a casa, ho voluto togliermi il dubbio, così sono passato da Euronics presso il Carrefour di Pavia, e avendo ricevuto anche da loro il coupon di sconto del 5% ho chiesto al direttore del negozio se potevo mettere insieme coupon e bonus rottamazione TV.
Con prontezza mi ha risposto “certamente, sono cumulabili senza nessun problema”
Purtroppo, ci sono aziende valide che però, per colpa del personale impreparato e incompetente, perdono mercato, sicuramente Unieuro con me si è bruciata e credo che il punto vendita di Rozzano presso il Fiordaliso perderà altri clienti se il personale non viene istruito in modo professionale.
