C	CRISTOPHER CAT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bruttissima esperienza , inizialmente molto cortesi e carini , tra l’altro mi è stato venduto un registratore di cassa che non ha le stesse funzioni che mi furono spiegate a luglio , pagato circa 800 euro , e mi ritrovo un registratore di cassa che non posso utilizzare a 360 gradi, comunque una volta pagato il tutto mi consegnano il registratore (senza alcuni tastini perché erano finiti) e mi viene detto ci vediamo tra qualche giorno con I tastini e vi verrà spiegato come utilizzarlo . Non si è presentato più nessuno se non chiamando in sede e facendo casino , spiegando che è inammissibile una cosa del genere .. Assistenza inesistente !! Comprate altrove non da loro !!!! E sono di trezzano anche io ! A Luglio mi è stato confermato al telefono un prezzo per un loro prodotto che era evidentemente pubblicizzato sul loro sito e, con dicitura PREZZO BLOCCATO , oggi il PREZZO è più che raddoppiato. E' da inizio di Settembre che cerco di fissare un incontro con il loro venditore di zona ma ... ad oggi non si è mai reso DISPONIBILE ( professionalità ZERO ). Questa mattina mi sono Rivolto ad un'altra AZIENDA CONCORRENTE e, il loro commerciale dopo poche ore si è presentato presso la mia attività fornendomi PREZZI adeguati al mercato e dimostrando competenza e professionalità ....E' USCITO CON L'ORDINE FIRMATO .. CONSIGLIO AL TITOLARE DELLA RECOMA SRL DI APRIRE GLI OCCHI SUI SUOI COLLABORATORI AL FINE DI CURARE I PROPRI INTERESSI . LITTLE PROFESSIONAL company. In July a price was confirmed on the phone for one of their products which was obviously advertised on their website and, with the words PRICE BLOCKED, today the PRICE has more than doubled. It is from the beginning of September that I try to fix a meeting with their local salesman but ... to date it has never been made AVAILABLE (ZERO professionalism). This morning I turned to another COMPETITOR COMPANY and, after a few hours, their business was presented at my business, supplying me with PRICES suitable for the market and demonstrating competence and professionalism .... IT IS OUT WITH THE SIGNED ORDER .. RECOMMENDATION TO THE RECOMA SRL'S OWNER TO OPEN THE EYES ON ITS COLLABORATORS IN ORDER TO TREAT THEIR OWN INTERESTS.

S	SARA VERATTI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non si riesce a parlare con il signore che si occupa delle vendite, lo chiami e non ti risponde, gli mandi un messaggio e se ti va bene ti risponde dopo ore , altrimenti non ti risponde proprio, è un bravo venditore ma non é modo di gestire i clienti, sto ancora aspettando un suo messaggio per sapere quando possiamo incontrarci per un acquisto. Unfortunately you can't talk to the gentleman who takes care of sales, you call him and he doesn't answer you, you send him a message and if you're okay he'll answer you after hours, otherwise he won't answer you at all, he's a good seller but it's no way to manage customers, I'm still waiting for your message to know when we can meet for a purchase.
