Per il resto posso aggiungere che il personale è competente,non vi sono lunghe attese e sia la quantità di scelte su i telefonini che su i piani tariffari sono rimasto soddisfatto e devo ammettere che sul piano prepagato meno di così difficilmente avrei ttovato di meglio.
Ho attivato la fibra per casa e mi trovo bene non vi sono problemi sia con i cellulari, computer e televisore.
Having a service point near home is certainly a great convenience. For the rest I can add that the staff is competent, there are no long waits and both the amount of choices on the phones and on the tariff plans I was satisfied and I must admit that on the prepaid plan less than so I would hardly have found better.
I have activated fiber for home and I feel comfortable there are no problems with both cell phones, computers and televisions.

The young shop manager gave me a tip I hadn't thought of when buying and then solved a problem that I had created myself on the App. Pleasant and capable person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho inviato segnalazione a Fastweb in quanto nonostante il servizio di prenotazione sim dal sito indicasse questa modalità per non avere costi di attivazione , il negozio in questione mi ha chiesto comunque 10 euro al ritiro specificando fosse una omissione comunicativa della Fastweb. Non ci entrerò mai più. Reca danno all'azienda con cui collaborano.
I sent a report to Fastweb because although the sim booking service from the site indicated this method in order to have no activation costs, the shop in question still asked me for 10 euros upon withdrawal, specifying it was a communication omission from Fastweb. I will never go into it again. It damages the company they work with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attenzione ! Da quando sono capitata in questo negozio , nelle mani di una raga apparentemente molto gentile e disponibile, ho avuto solo problemi! Ho pagato x 2 anni una sim inesistente perché mi hanno fatto portabilità del numero senza annullare la sim di origine. I costi e le tempistiche per attivazioni ecc non sono quelli che indicano verbalmente al momento della sottoscrizione. Tante belle parole che nascondono fregature enormi!
Attention ! Ever since I came across this shop, in the hands of a seemingly very kind and helpful girl, I have had nothing but problems! I paid for a non-existent sim for 2 years because they made me number portability without canceling the original sim. The costs and timing for activations etc. are not those that are verbally indicated at the time of subscription. So many beautiful words that hide huge rip-offs!
