Ho acquistato un telefono e dopo 10 gg riportato in negozio in data 17/04/21 per mandarlo in assistenza. Non mi hanno fatto firmare nulla e mi hanno garantito che ci volevano 3 settimane per la riparazione . Mi è arrivata mail da DHL che il telefono partiva da Treviso per Milano il 5/05/21.Ho chiamato chiedendo spiegazioni ma non ne ho avute. Ho chiamato dhl e mi hanno confermato che hanno ritirato il telefono a Treviso il 5/05/21. È stato in negozio 3 settimane!!!! Sicuramentenn esperienza da dimenticare.Nonostante ripetuti tentativi di avere una spiegazione da servizio clienti e responsabile del negozio, dopo un mese e mezzo non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta da nessuno di loro Bad experience. They would be 0 stars but you can't. I bought a phone and after 10 days brought it back to the shop on 17/04/21 to send it for assistance. They didn't make me sign anything and they guaranteed me it would take 3 weeks to repair. I received an email from DHL that the phone was leaving Treviso for Milan on 05/05/21. I called asking for explanations but I didn't get any. I called dhl and they confirmed that they picked up the phone in Treviso on 5/05/21. It was in the shop for 3 weeks !!!! Definitely an experience to forget Despite repeated attempts to get an explanation from the customer service and store manager, after a month and a half I have not received any response from any of them
