★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto bisogno di diverse cose anche non troppo semplici da gestire; il servizio clienti al telefono é piu o meno inutile, invece al negozio hanno sempre cercato di risolvere; vorrei esprimere un parere più che positivo per il ragazzo Riccardo, che si é sempre impegnato per risolvere i mie problemi anche quando erano competenza del sevizio clienti; mi spiace per i commenti poco positivi precedenti, secondo me bisogna passare al di là delle apparenze e guardare il risultato e fidarsi delle indicazioni che danno; ottimo! grazie mille!!
 I needed several things, not too simple to manage; the customer service on the phone is more or less useless, instead at the store they have always tried to solve; I would like to express a more than positive opinion for the boy Riccardo, who has always worked to solve my problems even when they were the responsibility of the customer service; I'm sorry for the previous little positive comments, in my opinion you have to go beyond appearances and look at the result and trust the indications they give; great! thank you very much!!
