Ho trovato un ragazzo (Hany), gentile, professionale e disponibile a risolvere al meglio il problema non come i due operatori del 119, che mi hanno liquidata frettolosamente. Per farla breve ho avuto una tariffa migliore, e ne sono pienamente soddisfatta. Una settimana prima mio marito ha acquistato un nuovo cellulare e Maria ha risposto alle tante domande x una scelta più mirata. Questa mia recensione vuole essere una nota di merito alle due persone Hany e Maria, per la loro disponibilità, pazienza, educazione e professionalità, qualità che putroppo mancano ad alcuni (Non tutti) gli operatori 119.
