Mi è stato detto che, poichè il ricambio sarebbe arrivato dall'estero, i tempi di attesa sarebbero oscillati tra le 2 settimane e i 20 giorni. Dopo 45 giorni nessuna notizia. Ho contattato pertanto il negozio. Mi è stato detto che il pezzo era arrivato diversi giorni prima ma che non era funzionante e che non ero stato contattato per errore nella trasmissione del mio numero telefonico. Il rivenditore si impegnava a restituirmi l'acconto poichè non c'era possibilità di riparare lo schermo. Dieci giorni dopo vengo richiamato dal negozio (altro dipendente) che mi avvisa che il pezzo è finalmente arrivato. Sorpreso (data l'ultima comunicazione) mi reco al negozio con il tablet. Chi mi accoglie è completamente all'oscuro di quanto riferitomi pochi giorni prima e mi dice che la lunga attesa era stata legata alle "normali tempistiche di consegna per un pezzo che arriva dall'estero" (in 2 mesi da Pechino a Treviso si arriva a piedi). Il martedì lascio il tablet per la riparazione e mi viene detto che entro il fine settimana mi sarebbe stato consegnato. Sono passate due settimane e del tablet neanche l'ombra.....Sono passati più di due mesi dalla richiesta di riparazione e ad oggi, nessun riscontro (inoltre da due settimane non posso neanche usare il tablet poichè lo hanno preso per montare il nuovo vetro). Valutate voi serietà ed affidabilità di questo posto. I made a request for glass replacement for ASUS tablets in the first days of May. I was told that, as the replacement would come from abroad, the waiting times would have fluctuated between 2 weeks and 20 days. After 45 days, no news. I therefore contacted the shop. I was told that the piece had arrived several days ago but was not working and that I had not been contacted by mistake in transmitting my telephone number. The dealer undertook to return the deposit to me as there was no possibility to repair the screen. Ten days later I am called back by the shop (another employee) who informs me that the piece has finally arrived. Surprised (given the last communication) I go to the shop with the tablet. Those who welcome me are completely unaware of what I reported a few days earlier and tell me that the long wait was linked to the "normal delivery times for a piece that arrives from abroad" (in 2 months from Beijing to Treviso you get to feet). On Tuesday I leave the tablet for repair and am told that it would be delivered to me by the weekend. Two weeks have passed and not even the shadow of the tablet ..... More than two months have passed since the request for repair and to date, no feedback (moreover, for two weeks I have not even been able to use the tablet as they took it to mount the new glass). Evaluate the seriousness and reliability of this place.

C	Cristina Casagrande on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio, tempi lunghissimi Purtroppo ho avuto modo di confrontarmi con questo negozio due volte e confermo la mia prima pessima impressione. Mi sono rivolta a loro per la sostituzione di uno schermo avvenuta in un tempo più lungo rispetto a quanto concordato e ad un prezzo maggiore. Ricevuto poi il telefono presentava dei problemi al touch oltre che una molto visibile macchia sullo schermo quindi l’ho riportato in negozio. Nonostante mi avessero garantito che avrei avuto il telefono funzionante il giorno dopo così non è stato e non hanno avuto neanche la correttezza di avvertirmi in modo da risparmiarmi un viaggio a vuoto. Questa situazione si è poi ripetuta per ben due volte fino a che ho deciso di attendere direttamente in negozio la riparazione. Infine il telefono risulta rovinato in modo evidente da un lato dello schermo, dove ho notato che il riparatore faceva pressione con un piccolo cacciavite per aprirlo. Situato appena dentro le mura di Treviso quindi comodo da raggiungere dal parcheggio grande sul put. Hanno sempre delle offerte strepitose e convenienti.
