There is never the right staff, instead there is “call the colleague” (chiama il mio collega). Too much time wasted in vain. Very unfriendly staff and very poor service. Pity because the location is convenient. Basically clients are treated in a way to never come back.
And never buy their extended insurance, they gave me an invalid code that I must insert on their site... It never worked !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nobody was there to help you. Even after asking no one recommended a good product. They communicate only in Italian. I purchased printer which need a USB cable to be purchased separately. Someone must advise me. I do expect people working there have knowledge what they are selling. Not a delightful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty annoying that I have to wait forever in quene to be let inside to pick up an online order. If they can't handle the amount of customers or manage to accompany extra, maybe they should've just offered pick-up outside the shop? Anyhow, otherwise great service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you need technical assistance for computers or smart phones, go to Media World in viale Troya in the morning. The young man there is competent, patient and kind enough to explain things to the technically not endowed like myself. I did not find the same treatment from the afternoon personnel the previous afternoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Free parking for the first hour and half. The exhibition area is relatively big and has most of the home appliances, electronics, computers, phones ....etc. the staff are very friendly and very supportive. Some of the workers has fair English and they could provide the required assistance in English. The prices are not the best but they are in the acceptable range.they offer good warranty program. Overall, above average as most of the expected devices are available at the store
