Chiamo il tecnico, mi mette una sua lampadina e torna la luce. 45 euro per 1 minuto di intervento e dovrei dirgli grazie che non mi ha fatto pagare il costo della lampadina. Innanzitutto ho dovuto chiedere un permesso lavorativo per attendere la chiamata, dopo 3 GG dalle 9.00 alle 12.00 il tecnico arrivato all' ultimo momento per cui io ho dovuto essere io a disposizione. Secondo scheda elettronica da buttare 200 e passa € più altri 40 e rotti per una lavatrice comprata due anni fa! Il guasto? Sbalzo di corrente!! Qualora abbiamo avuto tempo fa il sopralluogo di un elettricista che non ha mai rilevato problemi in merito. Ad ogni modo io nn compro più da voi e tantomeno riterrò opportuna un eventuale chiamata. Fate affidamento su altri clienti. Ho pure contattato il servizio clienti Electrolux a seguito di quanto accaduto. My opinion does not change.
