Massimo, che questa mattina è venuto presso i nostri uffici per effettuare un intervento per un climatizzatore guasto. Data l'urgenza e la particolare condizione di lavoro, posso dire con grande sincerità che tecnici così validi, non se incontrano spesso. Probabilmente è una persona realmente attaccata al lavoro e amante del proprio mestiere, come ne sono rimasti pochi. La maggior parte, spesso, non si interessano neppure di quello che dice il cliente. Invece Massimo ha ascoltato e si è adoperato nel migliore dei modi. Va ringraziato. Un grazie anche a Gloria per la gentilezza e comprensione, data la particolare urgenza.
