Già prima di intervenire fanno diagnosi telefoniche puntualizzando che se poi intervengono e secondo loro il difetto non sussiste c'è da pagare un'uscita di 60 euro! Ciò nonostante l'elettrodomestico sia in garanzia della casa madre... Secondo loro una lavastoviglie che non aaciuga le stoviglie è del tutto normale, lavastoviglie Samsung da 800 euro!
Fissato appuntamento non si presenta nessuno e richiamati, dopo 20 minuti al telefono propongono appuntamento per un altro giorno sempre puntualizzando il costo di 60 euro ... Professionalità meno di zero!
Farò segnalazione a Samsung Italia!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamati per la riparazione di una lavatrice Candy, sono stati molto gentili nel contatto telefonico è mi hanno comunicato il costo dell'uscita, che seppur non lontani da casa mia, mi sembrava conveniente 45 euro. Il tecnico è stato gentile, disponibile, ha identificato subito il guasto (semplice consumo dei carboncini dopo 9 anni di utilizzo). L'intervento è durato 25 minuti. Il costo del ricambio si aggira tra i 10 e i 20 euro la coppia. Il costo totale della riparazione, comprensivo di uscita, 130 euro. Il prezzo mi è stato correttamente comunicato prima di eseguire il lavoro. Ma pur facendo procedere, ho ritenuto che il costo della sola manodopera fosse decisamente eccessivo. Non credo che sceglierò nuovamente questo centro assistenza.
