Quando pensi che tutto sia perduto e devi affrontare spese fuori budget ecco che loro ti trovano la soluzione, Prima di buttare chiedi a loro, chiedere nn costa nulla. A me personalmente nn funzionava più la lavatrice, già pensavo di nn fare i regali di natale per affrontare la spesa e invece il proprietario con l aiuto di suo figlio l hanno riparata con una spesa modesta salvandomi il Natale Grazie

-Ho portato il microonde da riparare e l'ho ritirato inutilizzabile perché mi è stato reso senza il rullo del piatto girevole e il relativo trascinatore. Alle mie rimostranze anziché i miei me ne sono stati dati altri che non vanno bene perché non si adattano al modello del mio forno Whirlpool

Ho telefonato, pur non conoscendomi hanno messo da parte gli articoli richiesti, e me li hanno forniti a prezzo onestissimo. Nel negozio fanno osservare criteri di sicurezza sanitaria: un cliente per volta, mascherina, sanificazione mani, barriera in plexiglas al banco. Bravissimi!
Kind and punctual. I found on their website what I couldn't find elsewhere. I phoned, even if I didn't know me, they put aside the requested items, and they supplied them to me at a very honest price. In the shop they observe health safety criteria: one customer at a time, mask, hand sanitization, Plexiglas barrier at the counter. Very good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovato immediatamente pezzo blocca porta - ad una cifra irrisoria - per la mia lavatrice mod.Acqualtis (ormai non più in garanzia), mi hanno spiegato bene come sostituirlo risparmiando un "bel costo" di riparazione da centro autorizzato, che mi avrebbe fatto aspettare più di una settimana per la riparazione (?). Gentilissimi e scrupolosi! Consigliatissimo!
Immediately found a door lock piece - for a negligible amount - for my Acqualtis washing machine (no longer under warranty), they explained to me how to replace it, saving a "nice cost" of repair from an authorized center, which would have made me wait longer one week for repair (?). Very kind and scrupulous! Highly recommended!
