il sig. Mahmoud è venuto a casa mia per provare a sistemare una macchina daikin gravata da un problema al motore (codice avaria rilevato da me in diagnostica) . è arrivato senza nemmeno un tester e con un semplice manometro , dopo aver sentenziato che il compressore era guasto, mi ha scaricato l'impianto liberando quasi 2 kg di gas nell'aria! pratica vietatissima. oltretutto la sua ditta non è iscritta al registro dei frigoristi FGAS nella sezione di coloro che possono maneggiare gas floruranti ma è abilitato solo all'aria condizionata dei veicoli. gli ho inviato una richiesta di risarcimento danni visto che ho dovuto far ricaricare l'impianto da un VERO tecnico ma non si è nemmeno degnato di richiamarmi, figuriamoci per ripagare il danno da lui provocato. ora mi tocca querelarlo e segnalarlo al registro FGAs. ah..la fattura per l'uscita? all black......
a distanza di tre mesi non si è nemmeno degnato di rispondere alla mia raccomandata. purtroppo in ITALIA puoi fare tutto (ad esempio, il falso tecnico non in possesso dei requisiti) tanto nessuno fa nulla!

Mr. Mahmoud came to my house to try to fix a daikin machine burdened with an engine problem (fault code detected by me in diagnostics). he arrived without even a tester and with a simple pressure gauge, after having ruled that the compressor was broken, he unloaded the system releasing almost 2 kg of gas into the air! very forbidden practice. moreover, his company is not registered in the FGAS refrigeration register in the section of those who can handle floriferous gases but is only enabled for vehicle air conditioning. I sent him a claim for damages as I had to have the system recharged by a TRUE technician but he didn't even bother to call me back, let alone to repay the damage he caused. now I have to sue him and report it to the FGAs register. ah .. the bill for the exit? all black ......
after three months he did not even deign to reply to my registered letter. unfortunately in ITALY you can do everything (for example, the fake technician who does not meet the requirements) so nobody does anything!
