★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente se potessi darei 0. Portato da loro un ps4 pro per problema di lettura dischi (inserito il cd non veniva letto se non dopo numerosi tentativi). Portata da loro alla modica cifra si 20€ per il solo preventivo lascio da play. Dopo una settimana nessuna notizia, chiamo mi viene detto che ci stanno lavorando e che ci sono poche probabilità di riparare il guasto (mi era già stato detto che poteva essere un problema della scheda madre non riparabile). Attendo speranzoso ancora 2 settimane senza notizie. Richiamo e mi viene prima detto che mi avevano già chiamato per dirmi che potevo andare a ritirarla (mai ricevuto chiamate) passo a ritirarla e mi viene detto che erano state sostituite tutte le parti meccaniche ma per il lavoro non si sono presi nulla (già mi sembra sospetta la cosa) torna a casa e scopro l'amara sorpresa adesso la mia ps4 neanche accetta i dischi!! Prima almeno entravano ora il cassettino sembra completamente morto!! Posto assolutamente da evitare!
Honestly, if I could I would give 0. Brought to them a ps4 pro for problem of reading discs (inserted the cd was not read until after numerous attempts). Brought to them for the modest sum of 20 € for the quote alone I leave from play. After a week no news, I call and I am told that they are working on it and that there is little chance of fixing the fault (I was already told it could be an unrepairable motherboard problem). I look forward to another 2 weeks without news. I call back and I am first told that they had already called me to tell me that I could go and pick it up (never received calls) I pick it up and I am told that all the mechanical parts had been replaced but nothing was taken for the job it seems suspicious) goes home and I discover the bitter surprise now my ps4 doesn't even accept the discs !! Before at least they entered now the drawer seems completely dead !! Absolutely place to avoid!

sono passato alle 11,15 ed era tutto chiuso , ho chiesto in portineria e non mi hanno saputo dire nulla e al tf non rispondeva nessuno ??????
