Personale maleducato, non mi faceva finire una frase e mi rispondeva: questo lo dice lei. Non so per voi ma per me questo significa darmi della bugiarda! Ero andata per farmi cambiare un pezzo venduto da lui 4 mesi fa ancora in garanzia, ma si è rifiutato. Professionalità, affidabilità e serietà contraddistinguono questo servizio che sembra provenire da altri tempi quando queste qualità erano la regola, non l'eccezione. Hanno assicurato di essere in grado di farlo avvisandomi che avrei dovuto corrispondere un pagamento anticipato di €. 40 cosa che ho fatto. Risultato hanno controllato la torcia dicendomi che funzionava regolarmente (cosa che avevo già detto loro consegnandolo assieme al pacco batteria da analizzare). Alla mia richiesta dei risultati sul controllo del pacco batteria la risposta è stata: Alla faccia della "diagnostica strumentale" ! La mia domanda era precisa e mi aspettavo un si o un no o un "venga, se ha una foto cercheremo di aiutarla" visto che per fare ciò che volevano avrei dovuto staccarla da una centralina elettrica e ho anche specificato il problema durante la conversazione. Dovrebbero essere più cortesi e disponibili ad aiutare per acquisire un cliente. I contacted them for a 6v 80mah battery with connector. Their response: "bring me the sample".
