Cercavo una batteria di cui ho specificato marca e modello, non era disponibile e me ne è stata proposta un altra sicuramente più economica che mi sarebbe andata bene se non fosse che gli attacchi sono completamente differenti. Inoltre enormi problemi con i corrieri utilizzati (Bartolini e Festa) , il primo si è perso un pancale ed ha ritardato la seconda consegna per degli scioperi, l'altro ha detto che indirizzo sbagliato e slittato consegna al giorno dopo. Ringrazio Nicla che si è sbattuta al limite delle sue possibilità.

I was looking for a battery of which I specified brand and model, it was not available and I was offered another certainly cheaper that would have been fine if it were not that the attacks are completely different. In addition, huge problems with the couriers used (Bartolini and Festa), the first lost a pallet and delayed the second delivery due to strikes, the other said that the address was wrong and the delivery was postponed to the next day. I thank Nicla who threw herself to the limit of her possibilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A distanza di due settimane non rispondono alla richiesta di preventivo. Telefonando ti rispondono di aspettare risposta alla email. Alla fine ho fatto acquistato su un altro negozio la batteria Luminor che mi interessava, ma poi scopro che la spedizione viene fatta comunque da IBS... C'è decisamente bisogno di lavorare sul customer service. Spero la qualità della batteria sia molto superiore all'esperienza iniziale.
After two weeks they do not respond to the request for a quote. By calling, they reply to wait for an answer to the email. In the end I bought the Luminor battery that I was interested in from another shop, but then I discover that the shipment is done by IBS anyway ... There is a definite need to work on customer service. I hope the battery quality is much higher than the initial experience.
