Il tecnico è stato gentile e professionale, poi il problema era di poco conto e ho speso poco e quindi mettiamoci dentro pure un buon giudizio sulle lavastoviglie Siemens (la mia ha 8 anni). Comunque hanno guadagnato un cliente, bravi. Overall a good experience (even if I would be more flexible on timetables). I tecnici Flavio e Marco (li devo nominare!) sono stati molto professionali e come al solito Home Service si è rivelata all'altezza della situazione. E' venuto la prima volta per verificare con attenzione l'inconveniente e successivamente quando è arrivato il pezzo da sostituire ha risolto il problema evidenziando ottime competenze tecniche. Servizio di assistenza e tecnico da consigliare. Ho 4 elettrodomestici Bosch e dopo aver sperimentato l'assistenza attiverò il prolungamento della garanzia. RISOLTO!!!! Stamattina mi hanno pure telefonato per per sapere come andava il frigorifero. Sono davvero grata e le ringrazio ancora.
