Purtroppo le misure sono state prese in modo approssimativo e si sono rivelate sbagliate. Per non dover rifare i buchi gli operai, senza dir nulla, hanno forzato il mobile sottostante, danneggiandolo. Dopo le nostre sonore proteste sono tornati e lo hanno sistemato in modo altrettanto approssimativo. Tra appuntamenti dimenticati e gestione del lavoro direi che la professionalità scarseggia. Fin dala risposta ebbi l'impressione di persona cordiale, disponibile, che "NON STAVA PERDENDO TEMPO AL TELEFONO" bensì cercava di rispondere alle mie esigenze con franchezza , cortesia e accoglienza. Per non parlare del preventivo, della precisione del lavoro svolto e del continuo essere gentili e pronti a considerare ogni dubbio e a rispondere alle domande del cliente con serena tranquillità. Innanzitutto il personale è molto preparato, professionale e disponibile. Sono infatti venuti, senza impegno, a fare un sopralluogo in casa per rendersi conto del lavoro da svolgere. In questa occasione abbiamo potuto chiarire i molti dubbi che avevamo e ci hanno aiutato a scegliere il prodotto migliore. Abbiamo optato per i condizionatori della Mitsubishi che indubbiamente è leader di mercato per l'affidabilità e le funzioni d'avanguardia dei suoi prodotti.
