★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il lavoro era molto complesso perchè rifacimento di grande impianto canalizzato. E' stato completato nei tempi previsti, 4 giorni di lavoro, e funziona benissimo. Avrei preferito un progetto iniziale più accurato, prendendo le misure in modo esatto e non adattando la posizione delle macchine e i condotti "in opera" durante l'esecuzione: questo avrebbe fatto risparmiare tempo e grattacapi, che comunque erano a carico loro. Prezzo elevato ma compatibile con altre offerte. Materiale di grande qualità.
 The work was very complex because the renovation of a large canalized system. It was completed on schedule, 4 days of work, and works very well. I would have preferred a more accurate initial project, taking the exact measurements and not adapting the position of the machines and the ducts "in operation" during the execution: this would have saved time and headaches, which however were borne by them. High price but compatible with other offers. Great quality material.

Purtroppo sia il venditore che il contatto amministrativo non mi hanno informato su come eseguire i bonifici di acconto e saldo e i documenti presentati al CAF per la compilazione del 730 col quale avrei ricuperato circa 1000 euro in dieci anni sono stati rifiutati .Pur avendo 83 anni ci avevo fatto un conto .!!!!!
Very trained and polite technical staff in the execution of the work. Unfortunately, both the seller and the administrative contact did not inform me on how to make the deposit and balance transfers and the documents presented to the CAF for the compilation of the 730 with which I would have recovered about 1000 euros in ten years were refused. I had made an account. !!!!!

Appointments several weeks after the breakdown. Hasty intervention and unsolved problem. Call back, they come back, fast intervention, unsolved problem. Recall, they close for holidays. Next intervention in late August. I spent the summer in an oven thanks to them! Bad

Contattati per una verifica del condizionatore che non raffresca.
Fornite tutue le indicazioni per effettuare il controllo in due telefonate distinte.
Al primo incontro, si presenta un tecnico senza attrezzatura adeguata e lamentando che dovevano essere in due!.
Non seguono spiegazioni né ragguagli da chi ha organizzato l'uscita..
Rinnovato incontro non si presenta nessuno,senza alcun avviso (un pomeriggio ad aspettare che aulcuno arrivasse!).
Risentiti per avere speigazioni, cadono dalle nuvole e chiedono " Ma come, non si é presentato nessuno?"
Perse tre settimane per una verifica al funzionamento.
Inconcepibile.
Da evitare assolutamente.

Professionals prepared and of great courtesy. Their technical chief is good as well as the workers and the salesman. Then for the management of paperwork in the offices they are very available.

Ottimo lavoro sia per quanto riguarda la parte muraria - si fa fatica ad individuare le tracce -, sia riguardo l'installazione - precisa e curata. Tempistiche perfettamente rispettate. Ok anche la gestione delle pratiche burocratiche. Competente il venditore che ha saputo accogliere le mie esigenze.
Consiglio questa azienda.
I installed a trial split air conditioning system with under-wall ducts. Excellent work both with regard to the wall part - it is difficult to identify the traces - and with regard to the installation - precise and accurate. Timetables perfectly respected. The management of paperwork is also ok. Competent the seller who was able to accommodate my needs.
I recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contattiamo Air Clima per un preventivo per lo smontaggio e il successivo rimontaggio dei due motori del nostro impianto di climatizzazione. L'operatrice fornisce i seguenti dettagli: uscita compreso 15 minuti di manodopera € 65,00 + € 90,00 per ogni ulteriore ora di manodopera. Confermiamo il lavoro. Per l'intervento di smontaggio spendiamo € 95,00 (vedi ricevuta del 05/03/2021). Per il rimontaggio la sorpresa: € 275,02 (ricevuta 27/05/2021). Nel dettaglio del lavoro eseguito (in allegato) compare una voce di cui nel preventivo (vedi allegato) non si fa menzione: MONODOPERA AIUTO TECNICO € 75,02, inoltre non contano che negli € 65,00 sono inclusi 15 minuti di manodopera. Nota che i tecnici anche nel primo intervento erano due. Contestiamo e ci viene detto che il tecnico che eseguì i lavori del primo intervento fece un errore nel conteggio; ma il preventivo allegato dimostra che il conteggio errato è quello del secondo intervento. Forse hanno sbagliato anche a fare il preventivo? Ci restituiscono solo € 22,5 pari a 15 minuti di manodopera, ma non € 75,02 dell'aiuto tecnico. Il nostro parere è negativo.
We contact Air Clima for a quote for the disassembly and subsequent reassembly of the two engines of our air conditioning system. The operator provides the following details: exit including 15 minutes of labor € 65.00 + € 90.00 for each additional hour of labor. We confirm the work. For the disassembly intervention we spend € 95.00 (see receipt dated 05/03/2021). For the replacement the surprise: € 275.02 (received 05/27/2021). In the detail of the work performed (attached) there is an item which is not mentioned in the estimate (see attachment): SINGLE-WORK TECHNICAL AID € 75.02, furthermore, it does not count that the € 65.00 includes 15 minutes of labor. Note that there were two technicians even in the first intervention. We contest and we are told that the technician who carried out the work of the first intervention made a mistake in the count; but the attached estimate shows that the wrong count is that of the second intervention. Maybe they also made a mistake in making the estimate? They only give us back € 22.5 equal to 15 minutes of labor, but not € 75.02 of technical help. Our opinion is negative.

Il loro servizio clienti è risultato impeccabile sin dall'invio del preventivo, il team commerciale che mi ha ricontattato molto professionale e preparato e i tecnici che hanno eseguito il primo intervento straordinariamente disponibili. Assolutamente consigliati, soprattutto per la rapidità di risposta e l'innegabile rapporto qualità/prezzo (rispetto ad altre aziende contattate in precedenza). Bravi!
I contacted AirClima for a maintenance request on a new air conditioning system for my apartment. Their customer service was impeccable right from the sending of the quote, the sales team that contacted me very professional and prepared and the technicians who carried out the first intervention extraordinarily helpful. Absolutely recommended, especially for the speed of response and the undeniable quality / price ratio (compared to other companies previously contacted). Well done!
