È la prima volta che effettuo acquisti online e trovo efficienza, economicità, prodotti di alto spessore ma, soprattutto, grande cortesia e attenzione verso il cliente. Solo a titolo esemplificativo, rappresento di avere avuto un problema con lo spedizioniere e mi ha chiamato personalmente uno dei titolari, il signor Stefano, facendo suo quello che non era un suo problema. Lavorano incessantemente, senza sosta, anche nelle fasce non lavorative per essere vicini al cliente e offrire il miglior servizio al miglior prezzo, per tutto l’anno e non soltanto nei periodi di black Friday. Davvero tantissimi complimenti!! Vincenzo Casabella Milano was a very happy discovery. It is the first time that I make online purchases and I find efficiency, economy, high quality products but, above all, great courtesy and attention to the customer. By way of example only, I represent that I had a problem with the shipper and one of the owners, Mr. Stefano, called me personally, making what was not his problem his own. They work tirelessly, non-stop, even in the non-working segments to be close to the customer and offer the best service at the best price, throughout the year and not just during black Friday periods.
