Negozio non particolarmente grande ma che gode di una buona posizione in quanto facilmente raggiungibile dalla metro a piedi. Wide choice of high quality utensils, courteous and interesting staff, the possibility to enroll / give cooking classes. Shop not particularly large but enjoying a good location as it is easily reachable from the metro on foot.

Diese sind qualitativ leider ganz und gar nicht zufriedenstellend. Customer Service scheint es nicht zu geben bzgl. Nachfrage von Zufriedenheit der Produkte. Purchase of 10 products. Unfortunately it took a long time. After two weeks of asking, I got the answer that the products are now being shipped. Unfortunately, the quality of these is not at all satisfactory. Customer service does not seem to exist with regard to the demand for product satisfaction.

La commessa ci ha imbustato direttamente il prodotto in esposizione non curante del fatto che fosse sporco e con visibili segni di usura. Quando le abbiamo fatto presente la cosa, chiedendole gentilmente se almeno sarebbe stato possibile pulirlo, la risposta è stata esattamente come segue: “ah io non ho tempo di pulirlo, potete farlo voi a casa” (ricordo che doveva essere un regalo). Alla fine ce l’ha “gentilmente” pulito (è andata via sbuffando) quando le abbiamo fatto presente che avremmo potuto comprare l’articolo su altri siti online. Insomma, tanta saccenza ma poca sostanza. Sconsigliato. Bad shopping experience. We were interested in a product seen in the window, so we decide to buy it as a gift. The order placed the product on display directly for us, regardless of the fact that it was dirty and with visible signs of wear. When we pointed this out to her, asking her politely if at least it would be possible to clean it, the answer was exactly as follows: "ah I don't have time to clean it, you can do it at home" (remember that it was supposed to be a gift). In the end, she "kindly" cleaned it (she snorted away) when we pointed out that we could have bought the article on other online sites. In short, a lot of wisdom but little substance. Not recommended.

We bought a number of items to use in our Airbnb in Milan and also to bring home to the UK. A year later we had a problem with a glass pot that we had bought from them and they very kindly changed it for us when we returned to Milan. Excellent service. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
