★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una delusione unica, cliente da sempre decido di acquistare l'ultimo modello Vk220s che appena arrivato sono stata costretta a portare già in assistenza pur chiedendo la "sostituzione", in quanto la scheda era difettosa. inizio ad usarlo e mi accordo che, rispetto agli altri modelli che ho, se pur datati, presenta un calo di potenza e se pur usando il turbo dopo un po diminuisce in automatico!!!!! Riscontro un insoddisfazione del prodotto e decido di recedere dal contratto avvalendomi della " garanzia legale". Tra varie pec e mail che invio da circa 2 mesi mi sento rispondere sempre allo stesso modo: "abbiamo girato la pratica all'ufficio competente per le verifiche del caso"!!! ma mi chiedo, per queste verifiche... nn so poi di quale caso, avete bisogno della DIA??? Mi sento presa veramente in giro da una multinazionale come la Vorwerk che ammiravo e consigliavo a tutti!!! intanto ho sospeso i pagamenti e ho girato la pratica al mio legale, visto che non ho intenzione di tenere un prodotto che non mi soddisfa affatto e poi vediamo le vostre indagini che svolta avranno!!!!! Sono veramente delusa anche dal responsabile di zona che x telefono cercava di convincermi che mi stavo sbagliando come se fosse uno delle televendite!Ho sbagliato a contattarlo, ma credevo di trovare una soluzione alle mie svariate richieste!!!! alla fine voglio avvalermi di un mio diritto ma l'addove nn vi conviene fate orecchie da mercanti!!! Bravi complimenti!!!!!
A unique disappointment, a customer who has always decided to buy the latest Vk220s model that as soon as I arrived I was forced to bring it to assistance while asking for the "replacement", as the card was defective. I start to use it and I agree that, compared to the other models I have, even if dated, it has a drop in power and even if using the turbo after a while it decreases automatically !!!!! I find a dissatisfaction with the product and decide to withdraw from the contract using the "legal guarantee". Among various certified e-mails that I have been sending for about 2 months, I always feel the same answer: "we turned the file over to the competent office for the verification of the case" !!! but I wonder, for these checks ... I don't know which case, do you need the DIA ??? I feel really made fun of by a multinational like Vorwerk that I admired and recommended to everyone !!! In the meantime, I suspended payments and turned the file over to my lawyer, since I have no intention of keeping a product that does not satisfy me at all and then let's see what your investigations will have !!!!! I am also really disappointed by the area manager who tried to convince me that I was wrong as if it were one of the telesales! I was wrong to contact him, but I thought I would find a solution to my various requests !!!! in the end I want to make use of my right but where you don't want to make a deaf ear !!! Congratulations !!!!!
