Chiamo e prenoto, presento le mie credenziali e documenti e mi viene detto che non avrei pagato niente. Mi presento all'appuntamento usufruisco del servizio e mi viene presentato il conto. Ovviamente per un loro errore chi paga? Sempre il povero cliente. Inutili le lamentele, scortesia e inadeguatezza da parte della segreteria. Per un loro errore ovviamente ci rimetto io. Pessimi. Sicuramente da non averci più niente a che fare. Bad experience. The guy who assisted me in filling out the 730 was very kind and helpful. The problems were with the secretariat. I call and book, I present my credentials and documents and I am told that I would not have paid anything. I show up for the appointment, I use the service and I am presented with the bill. Obviously, who pays for their mistake? Always the poor customer. Useless complaints, rudeness and inadequacy on the part of the secretariat. For their mistake, of course, I lose it. Bad. Per mesi ho cercato di farmi compilare dei quadri aggiuntivi senza successo. Poi finalmente sono riuscito a prendere contatto con il famoso collega e ho risolto, però e stata davvero lunga! An immense effort to communicate, every time I called the script was the same, "the colleague has not yet arrived, I will call you back" and 2 times out of 3 they did not call back. For months I have been trying to get me to fill in additional frameworks without success. Then I finally managed to make contact with the famous colleague and I solved it, but it was really long!
