★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il lavoro l’hanno fatto ma 25 euro solo per il rinnovo carta di soggiorno mi sembra troppo alto quando si riesce ad farlo a gratis o a 10€.
 They did the job but 25 euros just for the renewal of the residence card seems to me too high when you can do it for free or for 10 €.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ aspettavo il bonus mamma, peccato che dopo due mesi andando io da sola sul sito inps con spid ho scoperto che la domanda era stata rifiutata e nessuno mi ha chiamata per informarmi. Ho speso soldi e tempo, quando alla fine ieri in 10 minuti ho fatto la richiesta on line. Tra l'altro l'ultima volta che sono andata, per poco non mi fanno pagare 2 volte la stessa cosa. No comment. professionalità 0.

Avevo fatto la domanda per assegni familiari , mi è arrivato la risposta dell'Inps che era stata respinta, che nn mi spettava ., avevo perso le speranza ho contattato il Caf bettini e imperterriti sono andati fino in fondo chiamando e inviando email Inps , fino a quando ci sono riusciti a farmeli ottenere.
Grazie mille per la disponibilità e Professionalità.
Lo consiglio vivamente, ne ho girato tanti, ma loro sono di un'altro livello
Availability and Professionalism. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto la successione presso un altro ufficio e me l'hanno sbagliata, tornando li non riuscivano poi a risolvermi il problema, tempo e soldi persi... così come tutti gli altri uffici mi mandavano via perché non era competenza loro.... Alla fine ho contattato questo caf, in 3 giorni mi hanno risolto il problema. Ci vogliono più persone come loro in posti dove la gente si affida, io mi sono trovato benissimo, gentili professionali e sopratutto preparati nel loro lavoro, ne ho girati tanti di caf ma questo per me merita tanto riconoscimento, mi danno fiducia e sono chiari nelle cose, ti spiegano bene e sono trasparenti nel prezzo, se ti dicono un costo è quello, non come l'altro ufficio che mi avevano detto un tot e quando sono andato li a ritirare mi hanno sparato fuori quasi il doppio!! Vi ringrazio per il vostro aiuto e verrò anche a fare 730 a giugno

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata presso la loro sede per chiedere supporto per la Naspi in quanto la mia domanda era stata respinta perché non avevo LE TRENTA GIORNATE DI LAVORO EFFETTIVO RICHIESTE NEI DODICI MESI PRECEDENTI L’INIZIO DEL PERIODO DI DISOCCUPAZIONE. Mi hanno risposto con arroganza che il nuovo decreto non era ancora in vigore e non potevo fare più niente. Non mi sono fidata ovviamente e appena sono tornata a casa ho fatto appello all'uscita del nuovo decreto che prevedeva la possibilità di accedere alla Naspi anche in mancanza di questo requisito e ho chiesto maggiori dettagli sul sito dell’INPS. Nonostante la mattinata persa presso l’ufficio Bettini ho voluto dare una seconda possibilità e ho chiesto un appuntamento per il rinnovo del permesso di soggiorno questa volta. Dopo vari tentativi sul loro sito il mio appuntamento veniva cancellato senza una motivazione.
Zero professionalità. Non sono aggiornati sui nuovi decreti e la prendono sul personale cancellando vari appuntamenti.
Dopo due settimane l’Inps mi ha risposto che, in attuazione della circ. 65 del 19/04/2021, si procedeva a riesaminare la mia istanza. La mia domanda è stata finalmente accolta. Grazie a me stessa e non allo studio Bettini.
I went to their office to ask for support for Naspi as my application was rejected because I did not have THE ACTUAL THIRTY DAYS OF WORK REQUIRED IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF THE UNEMPLOYMENT PERIOD. They replied with arrogance that the new decree was not yet in force and I could not do anything more. Obviously, I did not trust and as soon as I got home I appealed to the release of the new decree which provided for the possibility of accessing Naspi even in the absence of this requirement and I asked for more details on the INPS website. Despite the morning lost at the Bettini office, I wanted to give a second chance and asked for an appointment to renew my residence permit this time. After several attempts on their site my appointment was canceled without a reason.
Zero professionalism. They are not updated on the new decrees and take it personally by canceling various appointments.
After two weeks, INPS replied that, in implementation of the circ. 65 of 04/19/2021, my request was reviewed. My question has finally been accepted. Thanks to myself and not to the Bettini studio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dicono che mi sono presentato senza documenti quando avevo tutti i documenti nel pennino usb; dicono che devono vidimare tutto ciò che inserisco e poi suggeriscono che devo portarmi il PC da casa per far leggere loro i documenti; tra pischelli, vecchi rimbambiti prossimi alla pensioni e leggendo anche tutte le altre recensioni suggerisco di andare altrove.
Ps. A quanto pare hanno talmente tanto tempo libero che riescono rispondere a tutte le recensioni .
Risponderanno anche alla mia . Attendo con ansia
They say that I showed up without documents when I had all the documents in the USB pen; they say they have to validate everything I enter and then they suggest that I have to bring my PC from home to let them read the documents; between kids, old fools next to pensions and reading all the other reviews I suggest you go elsewhere.
