La stessa macchina portata in un altro meccanico non aveva necessità di nessun intervento da loro indicato. E, come ciliegina sulla torta, non fanno ricevuta (quindi pagate con il bancomat!). Statene alla larga! Damage and pieces to be replaced are invented out of the blue in order to disproportionately inflate the costs of the interventions. The same machine brought to another mechanic did not need any intervention indicated by them. And to top it all off, they don't provide a receipt (so pay with an ATM!). Stay away!

Dalle numerose recensioni negative pare proprio che venga utilizzato Groupon come mezzo per truffare persone oneste. Evitatelo! Bad service. Coupon coupon car. They only added water to the wipers. I had marked the oil filter! From the numerous negative reviews it seems that Groupon is being used as a means of defrauding honest people. Avoid it!

Non capisco le recensioni negative, forse l'invidia dei concorrenti....PS io mi sono presentato con un groupon e non ho avuto nessuna difficoltà. Sicuramente ci ritornerò. A normal tire change made by a good tire dealer. I do not understand the negative reviews, perhaps the envy of the competitors .... PS I presented myself with a groupon and I had no difficulties. Esperienza negativa, tra danni e tempo e carburante perso, avrei fatto meglio se fatto sotto casa. Morale...dopo circa un mese, mi sono ritrovato senza climatizzatore a causa di perdite datate che mi hanno costretto a cambiare radiatore e compressore! Cosa potrei dedurre se non che il controllo non sia in realtà stato fatto?Alle mie lamentele ho ricevuto persino degli epiteti sgradevoli. I purchased a Groupon coupon to make a complete coupon. Mancanza di parola e puntualità (più volte trovata officina chiusa malgrado appuntamento prefissato, impossibilità frequente di contatto telefonico, negazione di un grave problema diagnosticato da altri tecnici, al punto da averlo attribuito alla batteria, anch'essa a suo tempo cambiata e nuovamente sostituita in garanzia). Alla fine ho risolto altrove con sostituzione dell'alternatore e ulteriore spesa. Istrionico nel giustificare le proprie pecche tanto da farsi 'perdonare'. Non ci tornerò più. Lo sconsiglio caldamente. D	Dario Baratelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dalla descrizione di Groupon mi sarei aspettato un lavaggio dell'auto impeccabile, invece non è così, il cruscotto è pieno di polvere, i vetri sono stati puliti solo all'esterno, i sedili non sono stati lavati adeguatamente, i cerchioni sono ancora decisamente sporchi come le "gonnelle" (non so come si chiamano) sotto le portiere. FORTEMENTE SCONSIGLIATO. From Groupon's description I would have expected an impeccable car wash, but it is not so, the dashboard is full of dust, the windows have been cleaned only on the outside, the seats have not been washed properly, the rims are still very dirty like the "skirts" (I don't know what they are called) under the doors. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED.
