Sono stato letteralmente insultato al telefono. Evitateli nel modo più assoluto. E' disonesto e frustrato, lasciatelo fallire da solo. Durante la manutenzione è arrivata la (classica) telefonata che mi avvisava che l'auto aveva bisogno di una sostituzione dei freni, anteriori e posteriori, per un costo ben superiore al coupon pagato. L'auto è vecchia, i freni non mi sembravano andati, ma facciamo pure questo intervento. Al momento del ritiro dell'auto, dopo il pagamento, mi viene detto che l'auto ha dei grossi problemi alla cinghia di distribuzione e che quindi sarebbe necessario intervenire anche su quella per non correre il rischio di distruggere il motore. Domanda: perché mi è stato proposto prima di sistemare i freni e, solo dopo, che l'auto aveva bisogno di un ben più sostanzioso intervento al motore? Questa è scarsa serietà. Scarsissima. Oppure è disattenzione e scarsa cura delle auto che si hanno in riparazione. In ogni caso, e per questa mia esperienza, consiglio di stare alla larga da professionisti che trattano i clienti in questo modo. I did an oil change overhaul through Groupon. The car is old, the brakes didn't seem gone, but let's do this. When picking up the car, after payment, I am told that the car has major problems with the timing belt and that therefore it would be necessary to intervene on that too in order not to run the risk of destroying the engine. Question: why was it suggested to me to fix the brakes first and only after that the car needed a much more substantial engine intervention? This is scant seriousness. Very scarce. Or it is carelessness and poor care of the cars that are being repaired. In any case, and because of my experience, I recommend staying away from professionals who treat clients in this way.
