★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, ho acquistato un telefono ricondizionato spendendo 350 euro, dopo 1 settimana non si accendeva più, portato in riparazione tramite garanzia, ritirato e dopo 10 giorni ancora non si accendeva, mi hanno detto che non era più un garanzia perché caduto ( cosa non vera ) ho speso 60 euro ( prezzo di cortesia ) per ripararlo, dopo 15 giorni non funzionava ancora. Ho deciso di non portarlo più al negozio anche se molto dispiaciuto per avere buttato via tutti questi soldi. Non comprerò mai più un telefono in questo negozio. Qualità del post vendita bassissima.
Bad experience, I bought a refurbished phone for 350 euros, after 1 week it did not turn on anymore, brought in for repair under warranty, withdrawn and after 10 days it still did not turn on, they told me that it was no longer a guarantee because it was dropped (what not vera) I spent 60 euros (courtesy price) to repair it, after 15 days it still didn't work. I have decided not to take it to the store again although I am very sorry for having thrown away all this money. I will never buy a phone in this shop again. Very low after-sales quality.
