Ho chiesto online la riparazione di un Samsung (connettore ricarica) e hanno confermato la fattibilità,la durata dell'intervento (30/35 minuti) e il preventivo. Ho accettato (anche sapendo che la spesa della riparazione superava il valore del telefono) e mi hanno chiesto una caparra per ordinare il ricambio. Chiesti gli estremi per il pagamento nessuno si è più fatto sentire.Inviati più messaggi, letti ma nessuna risposta fino ad oggi scrivendo che hanno "deciso" di non riparare più prodotti non Apple. Perso tempo (gli ho scritto che sarei passato a Milano per lavoro una data esatta e che avrei fatto riparare il telefono in quella occasione senza fretta) e presa una bella presa in giro. Rispetto del tempo altrui totalmente assente. L'unica nota positiva è che non ho affidato il mio telefono a persone cosi poco professionali. Bad experience. Asked the details for the payment no one has been heard anymore. Sent more messages, read but no response to date writing that they have "decided" not to repair non-Apple products anymore. Lost time (I wrote to him that I would be in Milan for work on an exact date and that I would have my phone repaired on that occasion without haste) and made a good joke. Respect for the time of others totally absent. The only positive note is that I have not entrusted my phone to such unprofessional people.
n	nicolò aiello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finalmente un posto dove entri e vieni seguito passo per passo se hai problemi su un iPhone o un Mac, nel mio caso il mio xs dopo una caduta e rimasto fermo sul logo della mela, sono andato allo store dove lo avevo acquistato e mi è stato detto che il Telefono era “irrecuperabile” e andava sostituito con uno rigenerato a una spesa folle inoltre avrei perso i miei preziosi dati Loro invece hanno fatto un check up immediato trovando il problema a livello di scheda logica (o scheda madre) che si era dissaldata in due parti, tempo 24 h il mio telefono ha ripreso a funzionare con i suoi dati all’interno, e visto che c’ero ho fatto dare un occhio a mio MacBook Pro retina che da un po’ di tempo aveva un problema sugli speakers audio, anche li ero stato respinto da App Store perché dicevano fosse un computer obsoleto (acquistato 4 anni fa) mi hanno sostituito le casse in 30 min…ESPERIENZA PIU CHE POSITIVA! Chiamo il negozio giorno 20 Dicembre per chiedere disponibilità di Ipad, mi rispondono dicendomi che avevano disponibili due modelli e io decido di acquistarne uno, chiedendo se era possibile bloccarlo per metà giornata in modo da andarlo a prendere a fine giornata di lavoro. Lascio un nome, chiedo se hanno bisogno di altro per la prenotazione e loro mi rassicurano, rimandandomi a pomeriggio. Arrivato in negozio, l'iPad era stato venduto ad un altro cliente. Nonostante il ragazzo si sia impegnato per cercare di reperirne un altro, sulla base delle mie esigenze (senza buona riuscita), il comportamento tenuto dal personale, non giustificato, è stato assolutamente IMBARAZZANTE. I sent images via Whatsapp, which was followed up by a final diagnostic in person where I was explained what to expect from the repair and the expected date. Customer service was great, after 2 weeks I am not experiencing issues with my macbook. Honestly didn't expect this attentiveness and efficiency from an independent place in Milan- I felt I was dealing with pros from an Apple store. I've already made recommendations to my international colleagues who regularly visit the city. Obviously through visiting I was happy to pay their prices as found it very so, matched the service and job.
