Nell'ultimo ordine, purtroppo, non mi è stato inviato un prodotto: alla mia richiesta di invio dello stesso il personale è stato lento nella spedizione e "troppo spiccio al telefono" (mi hanno liquidata). Mi hanno spiegato, purtroppo, che sono sotto organico e che hanno lavoro ma sono in poche a gestire il negozio, quindi massima comprensione verso un servizio scadente ma dato dalla mancanza di personale (situazione molto comprensibile in Italia, ad oggi). Friendly and knowledgeable staff. In the last order, unfortunately, I was not sent a product: at my request to send it, the staff was slow in shipping and "too quick on the phone" (they paid me). Unfortunately, they explained to me that they are understaffed and that they have jobs but few manage the shop, so maximum understanding towards poor service but given by the lack of staff (a very understandable situation in Italy, to date).
