★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some miserable staff members here, I should have spent €20 to get a free minion, I spent €18.86 and the miserable jobsworth told me I had to spend €20. Perhaps I should shop at esselunga instead. Apart from this issue though, the supermarket itself is good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bigger than most carrefours generally everything is fresh(and expensive,characteristics of carrefour I guess) and most importantly (and mysteriously) all the cashiers are friendly and trys to help,eventhough I can't speak Italian,they never cussed at me and even tried to communicate in english,which honestly was reassuring and as a foreigner in Italy reassurance is unobtainium for people like me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad as a supermarket, like all Carrefour stores, although somehow offer seems quite limited relative to the size of the store. What really annoys me that they keep proudly announcing their "covid security protocols" through the loudspeakers... only that it's mostly based on horribly outdated (pseudo-) science... Washing your hands is good hygienic practice, but it isn't going to stop an airborne respiratory virus. Etc, etc...
If they started announcing that they renovated their ventilation system and installed good HEPA filters, now that would impress me. I'd never go to another chain again. As it is, I think I prefer Esselunga

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good size for area and has everything you'd expect in a supermarket. Also has a sushi counter that looked very good but I didn't try. The fruit & veg section and bread sections are very well stocked and have a variety of different products. Would like if it had a bit bigger section for Asian ingredients.
