★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bene ma non benissimo. Negozio fornito, prodotti buoni e un po' cari, come dicono in tanti. Personale gentile ma non la cassiera, sono stato due volte e due volte si è espressa in modo certamente educato ma con un tono da maestrina francamente fuori luogo, la simpatia è un'altra cosa. Una volta capita, due volte su due non mi va bene. E la stessa impressione l'ha avuta un mio amico a cui ho raccontato quanto sopra. Non tornerò in questo negozio, preferisco andare in un altro NaturaSì, per esempio in via Bergamo, dove ti sorridono e non ti bacchettano.
Good but not great. A well-stocked shop, good and somewhat expensive products, as many say. Friendly staff but not the cashier, I have been twice and twice she expressed herself in a certainly polite way but with a tone of a teacher frankly out of place, sympathy is another thing. Once it happens, twice out of two it doesn't suit me. And the same impression was given to a friend of mine to whom I told the above. I will not return to this shop, I prefer to go to another NaturaSì, for example in via Bergamo, where they smile at you and don't beat you up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profondamente deluso! Dopo aver effettuato acquisti per diversi anni hanno rifiutato un cambio prodotto in quanto erroneamente preso la sera prima pensando che fosse vegan.
Cliente perso, non acquisterò mai più prodotti da Naturasi di Piazzale Lodi.
Deeply disappointed! After shopping for several years they refused a product change as it was mistakenly taken the night before thinking it was vegan.
Lost customer, I will never buy products from Naturasi in Piazzale Lodi again.
