β β β β β Excellent choice and affordable prices. Fresh veggies and fruit. Very good representation made by the guys at the grocery department! The shop is really well equipped and staffed. BUT! the service of the cashiers and the security guards is the problem, it feels like same people work there 24/7 with no break or no salary. Cashiers look always exhausted even though the flow of people is rather a modest one for such a big shop. The level of communication is very provincial. The security guards are invasive, follow the customers (women mainly) around. They are not properly trained to work with people in a supermarket, try to impose their presence, telling you what to do, where to stay, where to go. Too much for a simple shopping experience before or after work. Cashiers do not look neat, always feels like they just woke up. The administration needs to pay more attention to the staff, train people. Maybe it would make sense to have less staff, but pay them better so they would have more excitement about what they do and would work more efficiently. Sometimes it makes difference.
