★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great prestations. Warming welcome, and helpful personnel. There is no common room or space to wait but the rooms are spacious and have evening to be independent (espresso coffee machine, fridge).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very central, clean and modern room. Perfect for a stay in Milano. Parking at „Parcheggio del Centro“ 2 minutes by foot (with the discount card from the hotel 17 € per day). Across the street is a cafeteria with delicious breakfast. The communication with the staff was excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very central located rooms that looked amazing! Very clean rooms that have air conditioning. The glass shower was a fun bonus, unfortunately that same shower was leaking a bit.
It was only a 10 minute walk to the city centre of Milano and there was public transport in front of the street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location, close to the Duomo. Staff is extremely friendly, they treated us very well from the moment of the booking. Amazing! Room is cozy, very nice. Bed is a bit short, but i am 2 meters, so it is ok :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are very disappointed and angry with Serependity Rooms. First of all, we booked a room with garden views and even though we were upraged we endes up having views on the neighboring building in a ground floor. Our room was not as we expected or the ones in the pictures, very disappointing. 115€ for this is way too much. Then, as we arrived, we found out that the sink was leaking and the hotel only offered us an extra towel at 00:26 (4h after having reported the leak) to put on the floor. Nothing else has been done so we had to brush our teeth using the bidet unless we would have wanted to sleep in a puddle. Finally, today, we wrote to the hotel to tell them we were disappointed and the only thing that they told us is that we had to be grateful they waited for us when we arrived at 9:30pm (when we payed an extra 15€ for having arrived 30 minutes past 9pm and waiting for the client is a paying service they offer). They also told us: “Once you will grow up you will undesrstand”. This is unacceptable, it’s not a way to talk to a client. The least they could have done is to explain/apologize. In conclusion, very 115€ is way too expensive for the service and the room we had. Don’t go to this hotel if you want to have a nice and romantic stay.
