Some bar staff was kind.
Room is small.
No parking space. They have the parking spaces infront of their hotel but not undercontrolled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location and awesome service. We were welcomed so nicely to this hotel by Sara. She showed us to our room, which was like an apartment. It has a small living area, walkway for closet and restroom. Bedroom is in the back. Very comfy bed. Modern room. Everything was clean and spacious. The restroom has heated floors which was amazing. The receptionist were all so friendly and attentive. They scheduled our airport transfer to malpensa airport. Great location to the Navigli district. We would definitely stay here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding service. I had the Airbnb from hell and had to pack my bags and leave without a plan B and resorted to staying at a hotel for a few days to gather myself. The service was impeccable, excellent English, great breakfast, amazing staff and cleanliness. After a few days, I had a new Airbnb to check into in the evening and had nowhere to leave my bags and they offered to hold onto them for the day even though I was already checking out of the hotel, for no fee as well ?. Thanks for the great hospitality!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Savonna 18 Petit Café is one of my favourite spots in the neighbourhood. Great for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or aperitivo. The staff is wonderful, the drinks are spot on and the food is always tasty. It's a little hidden gem so I've decided to add a review here. They have great wifi, nice ambience with cool music and a sweet little courtyard for warmer days. Worth checking out ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just checked in. After a long flight from the US we arrived about 5 hours prior to check in. We let the staff know and they were able to have our room ready. I can not tell you how much we appreciated that. The building is extremely cute in a cool part of town. The room is the cleanest hotel room I have ever been in. Very happy to be staying here and you will be too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They wouldn’t let us change the booking due to sickness. They’d prefer us to come with a sever flue instead of rescheduling to a different date. Very disappointing and definitely not coming back.
