The Hotel does not deserve the 4*, 2 will be enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel. Great location. Very friendly staff. The breakfast is perfect too. We had'nt any complain. Specially the boy from Sri Lanka with the name "Sanjaya", was very friendly and nice. All staff were totally nice. The room was very clean and quiet. We are happy to come again. Top ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As much as the staff are lovely. The hotel is pretty much as you see it. The money has been spent in the lobby (the only place you can get Wi-Fi. Above that it just gets bad. The showers just dribble, the air conditioning is near non existent, if you open the window you have midnight Milan howling through, to top it all off the bed feels like it is made of concrete. Only stayed 3 days but I'm glad to be back home on comfort. Not what I expected from a so called 4 star hotel. Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok. Not five stars. But thought the high rating could improve business. After a minor snafu assigning us the wrong room. Which was occupied. We were upgraded to a larger room with a balcony facing the garden.
The rooms are dated. Maybe even very. BUT. The hotel staff was very welcoming and nice. Location is about a 20 minute walk from the major attractions. If the price fits your budget I'd definitely give it a chance.
If you're looking for a drink in a laid back place I'd also recommend bar quadronno which is very close.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are currently here at the moment for a week vacation, I can't fault a thing. All staff we have come across are friendly and willing to assist if we needed some help with getting around Milan tips. We do enjoy our breakfast and room is serviced daily no complain. Best transport links, bus, tram or underground. Plenty of places to eat locally you pick your choice. We are happy with our stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1930s hotel elegantly preserved. Upholstered walls match the custom made chairs, armoire, and bed side tables at this time warp hotel. Set off by 1930s sconces the room is classic but amazingly shows no sign of wear and tear. The bed side tables control the lights in the room, TV, and radio, and even allow you to put on the do not disturb light. The beauty of the hotel is enhanced by the wonderful staff here who helped up with information about excursions and our next destination. Simply incredible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's about 10 minutes walk from the closest metro station but there are tram stations just outside the hotel which will connect you with the major points of interest.
The hotel is in an old building and they've for well to regenerate it but there are certain amenities that are lacking:
The beds are lumpy
The water pressure isn't great (we were on the third floor)
There was no way to regulate temperature in the room so it does get quite stuffy at night. I imagine in the summer it is probably horrific!
The breakfast is the usual continental breakfast, not terribly impressive but not awful. The staff are great, really pleasant and helpful.
The rooms are clean and very well presented.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is truly far from a 3 star hotel. It is in the worst location. Staff are not trained. This place almost ruined our trip. Black mould in washroom. Wait to you see your king size bed, they pushed beds pushed together. Absolutely appalling. Bed sheets let me not get started. Wish I had brought a hammock. Staff need to stop writing fake 5 star reviews and start cleaning.
