HORRIBLE experience. I made a reservation for August using points months before Covid. I have been trying to reach them since May to request a refund as travel is still not possible. It has taken 2 months to reach them after multiple attempts. They refuse to provide a refund or even a credit to stay at a later date. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL!!!!

Our apartment was very big and comfortable. We did not spend much time there but it was clean enough, and well equipped. The big problem was that we landed at night, but this place will not check you in only after 8 PM, so it was very problematic to work this out.

Do not book! The "hotel" is actual apartments for rent situated in an old building where people live. The photos did not correspond to the actuality. When we arrived they took a copy of our credit card "for garance"(in my country this is unacceptable practice). It was not very clean there were bread crumbs on the kitchen floor. It's over priced and they recommended us a parking for the car that was more expensive than the city park area (blue one).

+ apartment clean and as described. - staff unhelpful, and frankly unprofessional and rude. Except for the cleaning lady. - no front desk or staff member reachable after 8pm, I guess that if you are stupid enough to book a flight that lands in the evening, you deserve to sleep in the street, as the loser you are. - checkout at 10pm on a Sunday. And once again, front desk closed on Sunday (because, why not ?), thus, impossible to ask for a late checkout. - front desk crew unprofessional and rude. I know, I already said it, but they went out of their way to reach such a level of mediocrity, so they deserve an extra shout out, for the effort, you know.. The apartment was clean and as described on the website. The reception is only open until 8pm, which is quite impractical if you are coming in by plane, since you won't be able to get your apartment's keys on the day of your arrival if you land in the evening. We still managed to get the keys since a friend of us is living in Milano. Then, when we arrived, around 11pm, the key of the building gate broke. It is worth noticing that the key was made of the cheapest alloy I have ever seen, i was able to bend it with my fingers. Luckily, someone living there opened the door. But still, we were unable to go out and get something to eat since there is absolutely no emergency number or front desk accessible after 8pm. The day after, we went to see the lovely people at the front desk and ask them for another key. They basically called us useless morons, said that we broke the key because we don't know how to use keys (yes, the weather is so good in Brussels that we live in doorless, windowless houses. Thus, it makes sense that we didn't know how to use that unusual tool). Speaking of tools, after making sure that we understood how to use this incredible piece of tech that is a key, the front desk employees agreed to give us this precious item. Then there was the checkout. Luckily enough, the cleaning lady was very kind, I insist on that point, and she let us stay a little bit later. So, bottom line, if you are looking for a cheap but clean and well furnished place to sleep in Milano, with a front desk having the same opening hours as a post office, and with employees who are as helpful and kind as the front desk dudes of the creepy motels in the tv shows, look no further ! Thanks again to the lovely front desk people !

Please don't book this apartment, they have very strick rules on check in time and the service was extremely poor and unprofessional. I booked 3 nights at this apartment and requested a late check in two weeks ago before my arrival date. I received a declined request on the date of my arrival claiming that check in is impossible after the required check in time. But at the same time I received a call from the apartment and claimed that one of the staff will wait for us for 10 minutes. Due to the train was delayed, I arrived 10 minutes late of the check in time. But the reception was closed, therefore we needed to find another hotel nearby and moved back to the apartment on the next day. On the next day, we were notified that the apartment cancelled the whole booking without our approval and they re-sale the apartment to another customer. However, they refused to refund the amount that we paid for the three nights. So there are actually making money from both sides of customers, while we needed to find another hotel to stay for the remaining two nights. This apartment is extremely irresponsible and unprofessional, I strongly advise everyone not to even consider this apartment. This apartment completely ruined my days in Milan.

The apartments and rooms of this company are in a building where people live. So it's not a hotel. We had a nice and big apartment for 7 people. The apartment looks nice and new and it's 5 minutes far from metro station. There are 2 locked doors before you reach the apartment which created some problems as we all had a single set of keys. Overall I liked it and I recommend it.

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! DO NOT BOOK!!! One star is too much for this "apartament for rent". They decline our request for late check in and was our fault that We didn't read well before Booking. We made everything possibile to arrive before 21:00(no flessibility - even 5 minute). From ouside is verry creppy, you call 1C, enter first building on left, you call another time and you Will find a very acid lady that wants a credit card from you or else you Will be asked to approve a payment of 200 euro as warranty for possible damages. I didn't trust The Lady and left. Hope Booking will help me with my payment. If you know where to complain this kind of behaivior please help.

hello all. the apartment is very good and big. have washing machine, iron and all what you need for short or long stay there. only one problem is the Parking ( there is no parking ). It is one front of the street on the other side, but tbere is not Security and our car was Crashed and the Bandits take from the car many things. Not recommendet to use this Parking.!!!
