My phone wouldn't charge because water got in and within half an hour they fixed it. I was very satisfied and the staff was very kind!

Ho portato il telefono con lo schermo rotto da loro per la sostituzione del componente guasto. Tra le due opzioni tra pezzo originale e compatibile ho scelto quella meno cara, anche perché col prezzo dell'originale avrei pensato eventualmente di cambiare telefono. La qualità di questo ricambio lascia a desiderare a dir poco ( penso che non si dovrebbero neanche proporre ai clienti ricambi così scadenti) il touch funziona in qualche modo, ad ogni pressione prende tre volte le lettere, la cornice colorata si é rovinata dopo pochi giorni , i colori dello schermo sono bui e dopo tre o quattro giorni mi sono dovuto recare nuovamente in negozio perché il vetro si stava scollando in un angolo. Dati i continui problemi, mi hanno proposto dopo le vacanze di mettere il pezzo originale pagando la differenza. Nel frattempo il vetro ha continuato a scollarsi e si è rotto nei due angoli bassi facendo partire una crepa. Hanno attribuito a me la causa della rottura, dicendomi che per cambiare questo vetro avrei dovuto pagare un'ulteriore differenza rispetto a quanto pattuito precedentemente... Quindi oltre al disagio di un mese di utilizzo ai limiti, anche la beffa di dover spendere quasi 200 euro per riavere il mio telefono in condizioni normali. No grazie. A mio parere, sbagliare può capitare a tutti, però quando uno sbaglia deve assumersi le proprie responsabilità e risponderne, non scaricare sul consumatore. Avranno guadagnato qualche € ma perso un cliente. I'm sorry to have to do this negative review of a store that had always done good service. I brought the phone with the broken screen to replace the failed component. Between the two options between original and compatible piece I chose the less expensive one, also because with the price of the original I would have thought to eventually change phone. The quality of this replacement leaves something to be desired to say the least (I think you shouldn't even offer shoddy spare parts to customers) the touch works somehow, every time it takes three times the letters, the colored frame is ruined after a few days , the colors of the screen are dark and after three or four days I had to go back to the store because the glass was peeling off in a corner. Given the constant problems, they offered me after the holidays to put the original piece and pay the difference. Meanwhile, the glass continued to fall apart and broke in the two low corners, starting a crack. They attributed the cause of the breakup to me, telling me that to change this glass I would have to pay an additional difference compared to what was previously agreed ... So besides the inconvenience of a month of use to the limits, also the mockery of having to spend almost 200 Euros to get my phone in normal conditions. No thanks. In my opinion, mistakes can happen to everyone, but when one makes a mistake, one must assume his responsibilities and answer them, not download them to the consumer. They will have earned some € but lost a client.
