Ora torniamo con i carabinieri... ma che schifo! Servizio di paraculi! Vedremo anche con Altronsumo... evviva le truffe!! ed intanto segnaliamo il punto vendita.... delinquenti!

Le garanzie sono fasulle... il tecnico é un arrogante, altezzoso ed Incompetente... un mix diabolico... e se non ti sta bene ti invita pure a consultare un legale... cosa che ovviamente sto facendo, per fortuna che li disconosce anche Apple... 540 euro buttati nel wc! Truffa!

Ho comprato a settembre un iPhone7 revisionato ma oggi è stato sostituito tranquillamente perché il telefono non funzionava dopo un aggiornamento del software. Prima o poi passerò a Android :)
I strongly recommend this shop. The staff is trained, helpful and attentive to customer needs. I bought a refurbished iPhone7 in September but today it was quietly replaced as the phone was not working after a software update. Sooner or later I'll switch to Android :)

Dopo la sgradevole esperienza avuta in un centro Apple, dove il rapporto con il cliente è fatto di procedure e cortesia fredda e posticcia, sono stata sorpresa del loro genuino interessamento ai miei problemi. It is an excellent center where I found all the assistance and support I needed. Luigi and Nicola have grace and ability to welcome customers and understand their needs. After the unpleasant experience I had in an Apple center, where the relationship with the customer is made of procedures and cold and false courtesy, I was surprised by their genuine interest in my problems. I will be back for sure and recommend it
