Don't be fooled by the wifi offers they sell services they don't have. Fast? After 10 days they still haven't activated my sim and wifi. Ridiculous

Non sono riusciti a risolvermi un problema banalissimo e mi hanno "fregato" facendomi acquistare obbligatoriamente una sim quando, poi, dopo aver parlato con Fastweb, avrei potuto evitare benissimamente. Non lasciatevi incantare dal sorriso e dalla finta cordialità (tra l'altro neanche troppo marcate)!!! Sono veramente poco competenti: mi hanno fatto tornare 4 volte per un problemino risolvibile in 2 secondi (problema che, per la cronaca, ho risolto da solo). Siamo a Milano e ci sono tanti altri punti vendita Fastweb con personale più attento, competente ed onesto. Questo è assolutamente DA EVITARE!!!
Staff poorly trained and "mischievous". They could not solve a trivial problem and they "cheated" me by making me compulsorily buy a SIM when, then, after talking to Fastweb, I could have avoided them very well. Do not let yourself be enchanted by the friendly smile and pretend (among other not-so labeled) !!! I'm really just competent: they made me go to 4 times a little problem solved in two seconds (problem which, for the record, I have solved alone). We are in Milan and there are many other sales points Fastweb with more attentive, competent and honest. This is absolutely AVOIDED !!!
