Chiedi maggiori dettagli in cassa e ti dicono di leggere a casa con comodo una brochure di più pagine la procedura per ottenere il buono. arrivi a casa e scopri scritto in corpo tre che per ottenere il buono devi fare una raccomandata/posta prioritaria che ti costerà almeno €7 prendendo ti la briga di allegare scontrini e generalità... Dunque devi lavorare un'ora e fare la coda alla posta e poi ti verrà spedito un buono che detratti i costi vale forse €3. ma il bello arriva adesso: ti metti in contatto con loro e dopo non aver capito al primo colpo neanche di che cosa stai parlando ti dicono Eh certo devi proprio fare così.
