★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il mio macbook air comprato il 24 aprile 2020 a riparare poichè dopo soli 15 giorni presentava fasce verticali ed orizzontali partenti da un angolo dello schermo.Dopo aver parlato con i tecnici del negozio che hanno affermato il computer dovesse andare in Olanda per il controllo ho ricevuto una mail il giorno seguente con un preventivo di 580 euro dicendo che era stato verificato dallo stesso tecnico del negozio.
Il computer mi è stato restituito con fasce più del doppio più larghe di quelle presenti al momento della consegna del prodotto passando dai 2 centimetri ai 6 non permettendo più nemmeno un uso parziale del computer.
Tralasciando i criteri apple per passare o meno in garanzia i prodotti, negozio vergognoso.
 I brought my macbook air bought on April 24, 2020 to repair as after only 15 days it had vertical and horizontal bands starting from one corner of the screen. After talking to the technicians of the shop who said the computer had to go to Holland for the check I received an email the following day with a quote of 580 euros saying that it had been verified by the shop technician himself.
The computer was returned to me with bands more than twice as wide as those present at the time of delivery of the product, going from 2 centimeters to 6, not allowing even a partial use of the computer.
Leaving aside the apple criteria for whether or not to pass warranty products, shameful shop.

Friendly staff, quick assistance: I brought a product for repair on Saturday night and the following Tuesday they delivered me a replacement product. I'm satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vado al centro dove ho comprato negli anni innumerevoli iPhone e iPad. Sulla vendita nulla da dire. Sulla assistenza post vendita un disastro.
Ho un auricolare AirPod che non funziona, unica soluzione proposta la sostituzione, chiedo però prima di testarlo e vengo dissuaso dicendo che fra festivi etc etc non erano in grado di darmi dei tempi.
Ho usato negli anni alti centri Apple in giro per l’Italia, li l’assistenza è sempre stata puntuale ed efficiente.
I go to the center where I have bought iPhones and iPads over the countless years. Nothing to say about the sale. On the after-sales service a disaster.
I have an AirPod headset that does not work, the only solution proposed is the replacement, but I ask before testing it and I am dissuaded by saying that between holidays etc etc they were not able to give me times.
Over the years I have used high Apple centers around Italy, where assistance has always been punctual and efficient.
