★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato in questo negozio la settimana di natale, il personale è stato gentilissimo, l operatore Giorgio mi ha risolto in pochi minuti la pratica di subentro aziendale per la mia linea. Al momento poi ho scelto il nuovo iphon 11 e in poco meno di 30 minuti avevo già il mio nuovo cellulare.
Efficienti.

 I was in this shop on Christmas week, the staff was very kind, the operator Giorgio solved my business takeover for my line in a few minutes. At the moment I then chose the new iphon 11 and in just under 30 minutes I already had my new cell phone.

Staff prepared and available. They forgot to give me back my ID card (and I ask for it) ... came back the next day and kept it for me.

Sconsiglio a chiunque questo negozio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata in questo negozio per aggiornare i dati di una carta e purtroppo ho dovuto "fare i conti" con una commessa svogliata e non preparata che in malo modo si è rifiutata di procedere con l' aggiornamento perchè a detta sua ( da grande esperta ) la carta era prepagata.... Inutile aggiungere che la carta era gia in uso sul contratto e che non era prepagata ... Data l' enorme inadeguatezza della persona in negozio mi sono recata alle "Cupole" che è li difronte ... In questo negozio TIM abbiamo trovato un ragazzo che ha prontamente aggiornato la carta senza nessun problema dimostrando competenza e voglia di lavorare !! .
I went to this shop to update the data of a card and unfortunately I had to "deal" with a listless and unprepared order who badly refused to proceed with the update because in her opinion (as a great expert ) the card was prepaid .... Needless to say, the card was already in use on the contract and that it was not prepaid ... Given the enormous inadequacy of the person in the shop I went to the "Domes" which is in front of them. In this TIM shop we found a guy who promptly updated the card without any problem showing competence and desire to work !! .

Ho avuto qualche problemino, risolto subito dai ragazzi, ho acquistato tanti prodotti e sono stato sempre soddisfatto. Ultimamente mi sono abbonato a NOW grazie al consiglio di Giorgio fantastico. Cosa puoi chiedere di piu'?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza NO. Vado per chiedere info su Linea Internet. Mi indicano loro proposte e mi consigliano fare contratto senza subentro da altro indicandomi che loro possono fare verifiche e che io avevo di sicuro più "linea". Beh si dimenticano di dire che l'unico che può dirlo è il tecnico (che non me l'ha detto) e poi che nei centri non si ha il diritto di recesso nei 14 giorni. Fate i contratti on line se no se non avete il servizio non potete ripensarci. Non c'è stata assistenza, anzi il contrario.

They show me their proposals and advise me to sign a contract without taking over from anything else, indicating that they can check and that I certainly had more "line". Well they forget to say that the only one who can tell is the technician (who didn't tell me) and then that in the centers there is no right of withdrawal within 14 days. Make contracts online otherwise if you don't have the service you can't think again. There was no assistance, quite the contrary.
