 Shop with advantageous prices, very kind staff !!! I was followed by a guy as a shop assistant and a girl at the cashier, recommended for purchases / gifts !! Better than the cotton and silk shops in the area !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri pomeriggio, domenica 5 dicembre 2021, nel Vostro negozio, all'interno del centro commerciale le Cupole, oltre ad una commessa, molto gentile e scrupolosa, in cassa c'era un ragazzotto, con aria totalmente sfacciata, quasi annoiata, che portava la mascherina completamente abbassata sul mento. Quando, come cliente, mi sono permesso di chiedergli di alzarla, mi sono sentito rispondere testuali parole :"SCUSA????", con tanto di sgranamento degli occhi ed aria di sufficienza parte sua!!! Ha aggiunto che, dal momento che fra lui e noi clienti c'era il plexiglass, non era obbligato a tenerla alzata, peccato che la legge non reciti ciò e che lui continuasse a non tenere la mascherina alzata anche lontano dalle casse! Purtroppo non conosco il nome del commesso, posso solo dire che era molto giovane, scuro di carnagione e con una frangettina imbarazzante. Chiedo cortesemente che vengano presi quanto prima provvedimenti verso questo commesso o mi vedrò costretto a segnalare l'accaduto all'Ufficio delle Risorse Umane dell'intero centro commerciale. Siamo in un'epoca di PANDEMIA, in cui, oltre tutto, i contagi stanno risalendo, per cui è buona regola che CHIUNQUE, clienti e dipendenti di qualsiasi esercizio ed i cittadini tutti, rispettino in maniera assolutamente LIGIA ogni regola imposta dagli attuali decreti.
Attendo un Vostro tempestivo riscontro.

Yesterday afternoon, Sunday 5 December 2021, in your shop, inside the Le Cupole shopping center, in addition to a very kind and scrupulous saleswoman, at the checkout there was a boy, with a totally cheeky, almost bored air, who wore the mask completely lowered on the chin. When, as a customer, I took the liberty of asking him to raise it, I heard the exact words answer: "SORRY ????", complete with wide eyes and an air of self-satisfaction !!! He added that, since there was plexiglass between him and us customers, he was not obliged to keep it up, too bad that the law does not say this and that he continued not to keep the mask raised even away from the speakers! Unfortunately I do not know the name of the clerk, I can only say that he was very young, dark complexion and with an embarrassing fringe. I kindly ask that action be taken against this clerk as soon as possible or I will be forced to report the incident to the Human Resources Office of the entire shopping center. We are in an era of PANDEMIC, in which, above all, the infections are rising, so it is a good rule that ANYONE, customers and employees of any business and all citizens, absolutely comply with every rule imposed by the current decrees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonasera, oggi intorno alle 15e 30 ho assistito a una scena in cassa. La cassiera ha aggredito due persone anziane perché avevano 10 euro leggermente tagliati e ha anche aggressivamente utilizzato parole poco carine perché non volevano il sacchetto al prezzo di 30 cent.
Quando giustamente il signore si è arrabbiato e ha chiesto di parlare con una responsabile, la ragazza in cassa non mostrava nessun badge di riconoscimento, non ha voluto dare il nome, e si è qualificata come responsabile di negozio.
Sinceramente vedere questa scena di una ragazzina di 18 anni trattare così un signore anziano ho provato una tremenda rabbia.
Spero che situazioni del genere non capitino più
e vorrei incentivare la ragazza cassiera a cambiare lavoro perché alcune persone non sono proprio portate per lavorare a contatto con la clientela.
Per quanto mi riguarda non metterò più piede in questo negozio.
Good evening, today around 15.30 I witnessed a scene at the cash desk. The cashier attacked two elderly people because they had a slightly cut € 10 and also aggressively used not very nice words because they did not want the bag for the price of 30 cents.
When the gentleman was rightly angry and asked to speak to a manager, the girl at the cashier showed no identification badges, refused to give her name, and qualified as a shop manager.
Honestly seeing this scene of an 18 year old girl treating an elderly gentleman so I felt tremendous anger.
I hope that such situations do not happen again
and I would like to encourage the cashier girl to change jobs because some people are not really good at working in contact with customers.
As for me, I will never set foot in this shop again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this place because the cloths that they offer are very nice looking and also are very comfortable to wear. This place is clean and the clothing are easy to find. What they could improve is the staff. I dont find them very nice and helpful. The other thing is the changing rooms, they could make those a bit bigger and cleaner. The could also add more cloth hangers. Over all I think this is a ok place to go shopping for cloths. The prices are fine for the cloths that they offer. The last thing they could improve is the cashiers. They are very slow and rude. They keep talking to the other staff members and it really gets annoying. It is like they do not care about the job.
