★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio molto grande anche se vende solo calze. È possibile trovare moltissimi modelli di stagioni passate con ampia scelta di taglie, texture e colore. Sotto Natale tuttavia c'era troppa gente nonostante la pandemia il che mi sa temere una poca preoccupazione per il cliente e lo dimostrano anche le lunghe file in cassa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facilmente raggiungibile con anche arcaplanet,Norauto,pittatosso e risparmio casa.
Non ho trovato molta cordialità nelle commesse,il negozio è molto disordinato e caotico..si capisce poco dei prezzi.
Ci sono cestoni dove sono inseriti gli slip ma non è specificato se il prezzo è quello sul cartellino o quello sul cestone. Alcuni articoli sono prezzati e sono in mezzo ad altri prezzati.

Propongono offerte sconto in cassa (acquistando più quantità di un articolo) per poi farle pagare a prezzo pieno senza sconto. Di fronte allo sbaglio, non si scusano dell’errore e soprattutto non trovano soluzioni per il cliente. Problem solving 0, capacità gestione 0, inadeguatezza 10.

They propose discount offers at the checkout (by purchasing more quantities of an item) and then charge them at full price without a discount. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio è un po’ caotico i prezzi non sempre da outlet, occorre verificare sempre il prezzo esposto con quello sull’articolo non sempre combacia.(ci si trova la sorpresa alla cassa o addirittura sullo scontrino)
Il personale piuttosto scortese e poco disponibile ad ascoltare la clientela
Ho assistito ad una risposta alla richiesta di informazioni di un cliente…. “Mi dica veloce però “!!!!!!!?????? Non mi sembra molto professionale

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortesia estrema da parte delle commesse, in tante a far nulla e zero voglia di lavorare benché il negozio avesse dentro a dir tanto 10 persone (erano più le commesse dei clienti)… Dopo 2 anni di chiusura totale dei camerini, alla richiesta di provare un costume alle ore 18.55 di mercoledì sera, ribadisco a negozio vuoto, viene risposto in coro da due di queste “no alle 19 chiudiamo i camerini” (??? Non sono le 19). Ciò detto, comprensibile una tale risposta nell’estremo caos del sabato pomeriggio, ma in questa circostanza assolutamente no. Mi auguro che chiudano, vista la voglia di lavorare del personale ed anche l’ingiustificato rincaro dei prezzi, convengono assolutamente più gli sconti in negozio a fine stagione rispetto a quelli attuali dell’outlet.
