L'ultima volta non è stata accettata la mia richiesta di poter saldare il conto delle lenti all'arrivo - cosa che avrei capito per uno qualsiasi che entrava per la prima volta, ma non per me -, e me ne sono uscito umiliato a mani vuote. Ordinate telefonicamente da Loox e per lo stesso prodotto pagherò anche di più, ma non è quel che conta. Mi sono sentito davvero trattato male. Consiglio a tutti di andare dove ci san fare con i clienti e non dove puntano solo sulla promozioncina e basta.
I state that I have been a regular customer for about ten years, taking advantage of both frame offers and 3 + 1 contact lenses. The last time my request was not accepted that I could settle the bill for the lenses on arrival - which I would have understood for anybody who came in for the first time, but not for me -, and I came out humiliated by hands empty. Order by phone from Loox and for the same product I will pay even more, but that's not what matters. I felt really badly treated. I advise everyone to go where we can do with customers and not where they only focus on promotional and that's it.

L'ambiente è pulito e sono rispettate tutte le normative covid, se provate un occhiale viene riposto a parte e viene igienizzato per i successivi.
Ottima la promo della montatura al 50%, potete portarvi a casa anche marchi come Fendi, Vogue, ecc... con un buon affare. Le lenti ovviamente impattano maggiormente, ma ci sono molti range tra cui scegliere.
Vediamo ora le tempistiche sull'ordine, ma sicuramente confermerà le 5 stelle.
Friendly and attentive staff.
The environment is clean and all covid regulations are respected, if you try on a pair of glasses it is stored separately and sanitized for the following ones.
The promo of the 50% frame is excellent, you can also take home brands like Fendi, Vogue, etc ... with a good deal. The lenses obviously have more impact, but there are many ranges to choose from.
Let's see now the timing on the order, but it will surely confirm the 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono molto contenta di poter tornare a dare cinque stelle: sono cliente della catena da circa dieci anni, poiché trovo le loro lenti a contatto iWear veramente ottime, migliori di quelle di marchi più blasonati e soprattutto con un prezzo equo (e una bella offerta 4x3 permanente) e certo non avrei abbandonato il brand. Ma dopo la penultima esperienza ho valutato di cambiare negozio perché l'assistenza ricevuta era stata davvero inadeguata, al punto da avere ricevuto almeno quattro telefonate con le stesse richieste (ovvero comunicare il codice della mia carta PAYBACK per un "errore di caricamento"). È onestamente per praticità (unico negozio nel raggio di quindici chilometri) che sono tornata e sono contenta di poter rivedere la mia opinione dato che questa volta (sia all'ordine che al ritiro, da due persone diverse) sono stata seguita con grande attenzione e gentilezza e soprattutto con grande competenza sia per quanto riguarda l'offerta commerciale che per domande tecniche.
I am very happy to be able to give five stars again: I have been a customer of the chain for about ten years, as I find their iWear contact lenses to be really excellent, better than those of more famous brands and above all with a fair price (and a nice 4x3 offer. permanent) and I certainly would not have abandoned the brand. But after the penultimate experience I decided to change shop because the assistance received had been really inadequate, to the point of having received at least four phone calls with the same requests (ie communicating the code of my PAYBACK card for a "loading error"). It is honestly for convenience (the only shop within fifteen kilometers) that I returned and I am happy to be able to review my opinion since this time (both at the order and at the collection, by two different people) I was followed with great attention and kindness and above all with great competence both as regards the commercial offer and for technical questions.
