★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply the best pizza of the planet. They serve true Napoletan pizzas and some fun inventions too.... certified by the Vera Pizza Napoletana association.
I personally love the 4 formaggi and the Nino Taranto, which has delicious "simple" fillings: the freshest juiciest sweet "datternini" tomatos, fresh basil and fresh black grounded pepper (and of course Mozzarella ), with a twist: the crust is filled with mozzarella and pancetta... It's so refreshing (yes, a pizza can be refreshing compared to others), and specially the simple yet premium quality ingredients really fill your taste buds...
No yeast smells, no excess salt that leaves you with an endless thirst... Bravo!
They have also included 5 cereal and whole wheat doughs now.
