★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dies ist die echte öffentliche Fähre, die ich jedem ans Herz lege, hier werden Abstandsregel beherzigt, man muss mit 1m abstand zueinander sitzen. Vorsicht, es stehen Leute morgens am Pierre um einen davon zu überzeugen dass sie die öffentlichen wären, jedoch kann man diese Tickets wirklich nur in dem etwas heruntergekommenen Bahnhof ähnlichen Gebäude kaufen (die Position auf der Karte ist also etwas falsch dargestellt es steht weiter rechts vom aktuell markierten Punkt). Auf keinen Fall auf die Marketing Tricks des privaten Veranstalters hereinfallen!
 This is the real public ferry that I recommend to everyone, here the distance rule is taken to heart, you have to sit 1m away from each other. Beware, there are people standing at the Pierre in the morning to convince you that they are the public ones, but you can really only buy these tickets in the somewhat run-down train station-like building (the position on the map is therefore a bit misrepresented it is further to the right of the currently marked point). Under no circumstances fall for the marketing tricks of the private organizer!

Stresa's lakeside promenade is wonderful. You arrive at a small beach where you can sit and enjoy the beauty of the islands and the lake. In the evening everything is illuminated and it is wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Endroit où la traversée pour l'Isola Bella est la plus courte, donc la moins chère. Ne vous laissez pas avoir par les démarcheurs qui essaient de vous envoyer vers un autre comptoir que le comptoir officiel de la compagnie : ça sera plus cher pour le même service.
Where crossing for Isola Bella is the shortest, therefore the cheapest. Do not be fooled by touts who try to send you to another counter than the official counter of the company: it will be more expensive for the same service.
