Appena reduce dell'addio al nubilato di ieri, abbiamo contattato lake tours per organizzarci in prim battuta il giro delle isole al tramonto con brindisi e poi abbia.o chiesto anche di fare un trasporto privato da stresa all'isola bella. Che dire: professionali, attenti alle nostre necessità, pieni di ottimi consigli e tutto organizzato nel dettaglio e con puntualità. Non potevamo fare scelta migliore!

15 € par personne pour les 3 iles, bateau toutes les 30 minutes. Semble être un peu une arnaque de prime abord mais finalement très bien, de plus leurs bateaux semblaient peu remplis par rapport aux autres compagnies

Esperienza decisamente positiva a partire dalla biglietteria: disponibili, chiari e simpatici. Il servizio offerto professionale, puntuale e comodo. La biglietteria e l'approdo hanno di fronte ampio parcheggio a pagamento.

Incredible! My iPhone fell out of my pocket when I got off the boat and I didn't realise until I was back at the hotel. An amazing member of staff answered the phone and made a special trip to meet and return the phone to me. Soo kind and helpful. Prior to this the trip to the Borromeo Islands had been great value for money for an efficient and friendly service. 100% recommend.

We visited the islands of the lake with « Consorzio Motoscafisti Lake Tours » on the 08.16. It was a great experience, the tour is well made, the islands are beautiful (note: a green pass is asked on one of the island if you want to visit the museum). The experience was particularly good thanks to one employee who was very helpful and professional with us : Gioanni. Thank you Gioanni for your help ?

The tour itself is kind of ok. They have hourly departure from Stresa to Isola Madre, every hour from Isola Madre to Pescatori, and departures every 30 minutes from Pescatori to Bella and from Bella to Stresa. The 3 islands tour cost us 16 euros per person. The boat is not scenic at all (windows are very old and translucid) but functional and fast. Their sales approach, however, is almost criminal and I am surprised that no police intervention has taken place yet. A couple of examples : - They place sales agents in every direction around the official Stresa public boats ticket booth. These agents are dressed as if they were official boat captains (wearing hats and uniform) and try to convince you to buy tickets before you reach the real ticket office. When I asked them whether these were the tickets for the official public boats, they answered yes (which is a lie) - Next to the real ticket office, they also have a stand for their own ticket office, designed in a way to make it look like that's where you buy tickets. In reality, their boats do not depart from the main quay, but a little bit further away. At the ticket office itself, they do not put any logo of their company, but only the one from the city of Stresa, to give the impression that they are the official ticket office of the city of Stresa. It is only after paying that you realize you bought tickets from a tour company - The initial price they quoted was much higher. Once I started asking a few questions, they immediately dropped the price - They lied/hid the truth regarding departure times, pretending that the boat was leaving immediately when in fact it was 15 minutes later. I had a printed departure schedule in my hands (of the official public boats) showing the boat was leaving at 10am, and asked them if this schedule is the one for the tickets we were buying. - They were overall extremely pushy and rude, and were getting increasingly impatient as I was asking more questions (as it was clear they didn't want me to realize I could buy the real boat tickets 10 meters next to them)
