★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tourist trap! Skip the guys with the captain cap and the small kiosk with the "Biglietteria" sign, and go straight to the official public transport (big) boats. These guys charge about 4x the normal price, writing the figure they like in the receipt. We almost missed Isola dei Pescatori because they only recommend the routes that suit them better. One of the guys was drunk in the parking lot (fine) but later we saw him steering a boat (not so cool).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Use the normal ferry do not expend the money like I did, one of the boat captain is so rude bite your tongue he will live you there. The attendance in the marina when I complained give me a ticket for free to visit the Isola that the other guy didn’t let me get down. It was a good service after all.
Parking bring coins the parking machines do not work well with credit cards, you will have less problem and safe time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not waste your money here. They have the WORST organization, one driver says a time for pick up and drop off while the other one says something different. They do not follow time tables. Rude and hostile, made us wait half an hour and then came late. Other clients waiting longer and still did when we left. Wasted our time and our money. They sell the tickets saying you can take the boats from one to the other island but when you are there they chose which place they take you to. Better do it though a different company.

Didn't meet the declared pickup times.
Promised a boat every 30 mins, had a boat every hour, didn't s meet the declared pick up time from the island (set to 14:10, we came at 14:05 the boat was not there anymore).
There are many other boat services on Piazza Marconi, no need to reserve with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad service, stuck on Isola Madre for 30 minutes, because the sailor could not wait 10 seconds for me to find my ticket in my other pocket.
Take the ferry Viaggi Tomassucci, "rover ticket" it is cheaper.
