★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorsicht Touristenfalle! Wesentlich teurere Tickets als beim offiziellen Verkauf ein paar Meter weiter. Sehr aufdringliches, unfreundliches und unhöfliches Personal!
 Caution tourist trap! Much more expensive tickets than the official sale a few meters away. Very pushy, rude and rude staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le service de qualité et l'attention porté aux client n'est pas le fort de cette entreprise !! Pas de sourire (même quand on paye) racolage dés votre arrivée sur le parking.. On se fait engueuler .. quand on ne comprend pas... Et ce comme à l'aller et au retour . Visiblement la seule attention que vous porte cette entreprise .. c'est à votre argent.. Fuyez !!!
Quality service and attention to customers is not the strength of this company !! No smile (even when you pay) soliciting as soon as you arrive in the parking lot .. You get yelled at .. when you don't understand ... And this as on the way there and back. Obviously the only attention you pay to this company .. is your money .. Run away !!!

Ci ha praticamente scacciati perché stavamo guardando "troppo a lungo" la loro insegna e perché abbiamo osato chiedere qualche informazione. Siamo andati all'Isola Bella con l'ottimo servizio pubblico (che costa di meno). Da dimenticare, anche mio figlio si è alquanto turbato per le loro cattive maniere
Poor kindness of the customers, to put it mildly ... He practically chased us away because we were watching their sign "too long" and because we dared to ask for some information. We went to Isola Bella with the excellent public service (which costs less). To forget, even my son was very upset about their bad manners

Prix 3 Îles non affiché, te font payer 2 euros de plus que le tarif officiel quand ils voient que tu paies en liquide et ils "oublient" de te dire que l'une des îles est entièrement privée et que si tu veux la visiter, tu dois encore payer 15 euros par tête sur place . Choisissez une autre compagnie, ça ne peut pas être pire.
Company to flee, dishonest. Price 3 Islands not displayed, make you pay 2 euros more than the official price when they see that you are paying in cash and they "forget" to tell you that one of the islands is completely private and that if you want to visit it, you still have to pay 15 euros per head on the spot. Choose another company, it couldn't be worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voor de overzet met de bootjes naar de Borromeïsche eilandjes (alle 3) hebben we 15 euro betaald. De bootjes varen van Isola Madre naar Isola Pescatori en Isola Bella op regelmatige tijdstippen, je hoeft nooit lang te wachten. Het bezoek aan de eilandjes is een aanrader!
We paid 15 euros for the transfer with the boats to the Borromean islands (all 3). The boats sail from Isola Madre to Isola Pescatori and Isola Bella at regular intervals, you never have to wait long. A visit to the islands is a must!

Totally unprofessional and unreliable. They do not respect any timetable.
Also rude to the point of being verbally aggressive.
On the way back from the Islands, our boat engaged in a sort of race with another boat. Scary behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You are trapped by that LIDO° company from the parking lot. It makes you think you have to go at their kiosk to take your tickets while the officiel company is just by the water!
Price 10€ for the 2 islands instead of 5.50€ for the public ferry company.
Don't get tricked!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the beginning just rude and insulting. His problem is that I understand Italian. Kind regards from the "good job boy". Avoid this guy. He is not worth one Euro. I advise everyone not to use his service. Hope this review will be read and no one will be offended by this guy anymore. I hope you learn from this, otherwise keep your hands off any job with direct customer contact. I'm sorry for the boat drivers, they seem to be OK.
